Dr. Diana E. Farrell-Grossman, DO

Just had my yearly physical and actually enjoyed it! Dr. Farrell spent 40 minutes going over all of my bloodwork in detail, answering any questions or concerns I had and did so patiently and in a supportive, friendly manner. She is extremely knowledgable, friendly and dedicated to patient care. My daughter is a BSN and she found Dr. Farrell as we were searching for a new General Practioner. We are thrilled by the care provided by Dr. Farrell !

Dr. Farrell-Grossman is rather arrogant, condescending and rude. I found this to be unacceptable as I believed it was rather unprofessional. After referring me to another doctor for a follow up she then refused to follow the instructions of the doctor that she had referred me to. She suggested that I was obese and implied that perhaps I should have been retired from my job. Because of these and other reasons I do not recommend this doctor.

I've never had to give a physician such a low mark but truth be told: Dr. Farrell is a capable physician but don't expect good service from her. She is extremely neglectful (you have to be after her for almost everything); shows lack of interest in her patients (terrible about returning calls/emails...I feel sorry for any of her patients that may suffer from something serious); and an awful communicator (I've had tests done & God forbid if she ever gets back to you with evaluations). So if you're looking for a primary that shows you attention and sincerely cares for you, DON'T GO TO DR. FARRELL. Find another doctor.
