Dr. Kogan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, nationally regarded as one of the top clinical programs. She completed her General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
Dr. Kogan is dedicated to providing personalized care to all of her patients. Her practice, Premier Phoenix Dentistry, is a general dentistry practice which focuses on family and cosmetics. Dr. Kogan’ practice philosophy ” Improving Lives through Understanding” comes from her belief that the mouth is an intergral part of the patient’s overall health, and, therefore, improving oral health will improve the patient’s overall physiological and psychological well-being. Dr. Kogan believes that the best way to treat the patient is through understanding of the patient’s needs.
