Dr. Diana Patricia Jerez-Martin, MD

Dr. Martin was very nice, and I liked her thoughts about getting me off steroids as much as possible, but her office policies are quite problematic for me. I’m transferring from another office out of state from which I brought allergy syrums. She wants to start me at a much lower dose than I had been getting, even though it is not a new formulation, and even though I have never had a systemic reaction in 20 years of getting allergy shots. I’m having lots of breathing trouble now and had to increase my steroids to make up for it.

Office screwed up my daughter's appointment. They were very quick to charge the co-pay! But when it came to apologize for me taking a day off work and taking my daughter out of school and wasting our time...not even an apology!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this practice.

Dr. Martin is great. She takes her time examining the patient and explaining diagnosis and treatment options with the family. I am a healthcare employee myself and I am very impressed with the care she provides to my daughter.

We have been with her for more than two years now. Excellent!

Wonderful physician, caring--great bedside manner and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Martin is very kind and sincerely tries to help my children. However, the staff in her office are not up to par. We waited 6 weeks for our 1st appt because of their scheduling system. They will not schedule siblings back to back or even on the same day. We always schedule the 1st appt in the am, and still we end up waiting 30+ mins before we go to the room, then an additional 20-30 to see the MD. And that is first thing in the morning... You have to schedule appointments a month in advance (fine- no big deal really...) BUT on our last appointment, the scheduler, without apology, told us that our next month's appt was not available due to an error (we had scheduled it in advance) and offered us an appt over Christmas break instead (literally 2.5 month from now and on a break). She told us that there was nothing available even though it was their fault for the scheduling error. She would not look into anything further. She just sat and shrugged. We have also had issues with getting… X-ray results and tests promptly. We like the MD, but the staff is super hard to deal with. We are considering transferring.

She was very nice and understood are ignorance regarding asthma. She tested or child for allergies and was aggressive in treating her allergies. Once we had or child allergies under control she slowly reduced the asthma medications. Our child's Asthma is now controlled by controlling her allergies. She only uses her nebuliser when she gets a bad cold, upper respiratory or sinus infection.

This office is so caring and patient. Everyone, from the person who answers the phone, to the front desk staff and especially Dr. Martin is so genuine and caring. We have moved to Kansas so unfortunately we don't get to see her anymore, but I'd move back just to get my son cared for by this clinic again.

She is a wonderful doctor, that listens to your symptoms and she will help you. I highly recommend her she treats me and my 2 daughters my husband has no allergies or asthma.
