Dr. Diana I L Johnson

I would not recommend Dr Johnson or the staff at Friendly Smiles North. I dislike going to the dentist so for several years going there I chalked my uncomfortable feelings there up to that, until recently. I have had braces and have a fixed retainer on my bottom teeth. At a cleaning it was bent but the hygienist because she was not being careful. She was also very condescending my entire visit. In the years I have been going there at least every 6 months Iâ??ve never seen the same hygienist twice. Dr Johnson wouldn't speak to me on the phone to tell me if she could correct what was done so I wasted time going in only to be blamed for their incompetency because I had tartar on my teeth and was told there was nothing she could do in a not nice way. I was told if I floss better it wouldnâ??t have happened! They couldn't help me and refused to take any responsibility or pay for my visit to my orthodontist to have the problem corrected. I won't be going back.

Bad Dentist! I do not recommend. She damaged my crown while working on another tooth. When I brought this to her attention she got defensive and refused to fix it! She should be banned from the profession. I had to go to another dental office to get the damaged crown fixed at my own expense.
