Dr. Diana Beth Koss, MD

We had a good expeirence and Phoenix Mountin Nursing and Rehab Center. The staff was very good, and the therapist really helped. Dr Koss spent time and answered my questions. I recommend her

I don't know where these bad remarks came from. I had a very good experience working with her. She took care of my mother and explained what was happening. The news was not good, but she helped us understand what our options were. She was very kind.

She needs to take a break from her profession. She is one of the most disinterseted Dr's I have ever seen. Just get in and get out! Don't ask questions or ask for a referal-God forbid!

Dr. Koss should not be practicing medicine until she gets herself some help. I am disappointed that Arizona Medical Clinic did not do something sooner that wait until she reached the point she did. Dr. Koss misdiagnosed myself and a friend by not checking the labs accurately if at all.

Accompanied my husband on his first (and last) visit. From the time she entered the room, she was disrespectful and condescending. Not once during the visit did she even make eye contact with either one of us. She did not provide answers to any questions except to literally throw up her hands and say, "Well, what do you expect me to do about that?" She showed no compassion and even less patience. I cannot recommend her to anyone, much less any of our elders. Seems like a very angry woman.

Dr. Koss was very knowlegable in her profession. I had an appointment because I had vertigo. She asked me, without hesitation, if I had been on a different natural vitamin, which I had been. How perceptive to know this. I did not find her loud but if she was a lot of her patients were hard of hearing.

This is the most unprofessional dr. I have ever visited. She has an extremely arrogant and sarcastic attitude. Is very loud and in your face. Not a nice bone in her body. Why in the world is she still in practice??? Nasty, abusive, woman. Must have been raised by cobras.

Office appears professional but Dr. Koss is extremely rude, sarcastic and easily annoyed with patients. When you ask questions, she becomes very agitated and starts shouting. Her professionalism is zero. Definately should be in another profession....

I waited 3 months to see her as a new patient. Then, I was her first appt. for the day and still waited almost an hour. Very abrupt and a very strident voice. She didn't care about why I was seeing any specialists, never asked how I was doing, or anything like that. When I asked her if she was always so brusque and strident, she replied, "This is me; if you don't like it you can find another Dr.!" So, I am. Quite disrespectful. Even the office staff didn't want to comment when I asked if she was always this way. That told me lots.

My initial meeting of this doctor, was very negative. She gave my 86 yr old mother no hope and told her to learn to live with the pain. She has spinal stenosis. She says her specialty is geriatrics; when it should be mortician. She did nothing but raise my blood pressure.
