Dr. Diana E. Lake, MD

Very poor bed side manner. Rude and uninterested. Seems knowledgeable in her field but needs to go back to school to learn the fundamentals of patient interaction with people who are facing life and death. Would not recommend at all

Dr. Lake is probably the worst physician I've had to deal with. Long story short, Dr. Lake is not a good enough doctor to take on difficult cases. She feels if you have a terminal cancer, why bother? No sense of urgency, her nurses handle all bedside manner and communication with clients. She is truly a horrific doctor. It is sad because she should be wanting the best for her patients, not helping them die. My poor mother was a victim of hers. Unfortunately we don't have much time left due to Dr. lakes horrific medical care. Hopefully something can be done so she doesn't continue to ruin lives and families.

Very disappointed! I was treated poorly with zero follow up. Doesn’t listen and doesn’t care. I heard her laughing about me to her nurse. Thank goodness my husband got me to another hospital. I strongly suggest you don’t see her.

Dr. Lake struggles to deal with complex cases. When research articles are presented to her she dismisses them without further consideration. Her bedside manner is cold but if she demonstrated attempts to find allternative treatments, this could be overlooked. I have switched oncologists and given so much information and options aside from Hospice

She'll follow all the protocols that are based on the best research, but if you have terrible side effects, she'll offer you nothing. I mean absolutely NO compassion!!! She's pleasant but not warm. The way she looks at you when you tell her you are experiencing your medication's number one side effect makes you feel she thinks you are just a whiner!

The office is very unhelpful and Dr Lake has no sense of immediacy. She did not schedule treatments in a timely fashion which coursed timely delays . Very unacceptable

She is the reason my mother died. She neglected her health and as a result I lost her. Find yourself a caring doctor instead.
