Dr. Diana Patricia Lewis, MD

I had a terrible experience with Diana Lewis. I was randomly paired with her on the 98point6 app, which allows a medical visit through a mobile device and interact with the doctor via text. In my opinion, I am flabbergasted how she can be a doctor on 98point6 (guess that speaks volumes about the platform). From the start of our brief appointment, she was cold and dismissive of what I wanted to focus on. She ignored my concerns and why I opened the session. Instead, she insisted on focusing on an inaccurate detail of my profile and would not budge on answering any of my other questions (the reasons why I actually opened the visit). I personally found her condescending and rude simply by the responses she texted to me. It appears that Diana Lewis has no regard to the patient's understanding of their own medical condition. Instead, it was obvious to me that Diana Lewis is keen on dictating what needs to be done and nothing else. Diana spent no time attempting to understand my… concerns and was dismissive during the entire session. While proper interaction and care isn't every doctor's forte, my experience with Diana Lewis is that she is severely deficient in this regard - to the point where I question why she chose such a profession if she despises interacting with patients. Her arrogance prevented us from having a productive session and I would not recommend her at all based on my personal experience.

She is highly knowledgeable and extremely kind.

Dr. Lewis is not only extremely knowledgeable, but has a wonderful warm bedside manner and takes her time making sure your concerns are met.

Dr Lewis has always been very caring and thoughtful. She is thorough to keep no stone unturned when trying to serve her patients.
