Dr. Diana Chueh Liu, MD

I asked for specific tests to be done about a specific condition. She ordered tests related to but not specifically for what I believed I had. I went back to same location to see a different doctor about the same issue. They ran the proper tests and diagnosed me with what I had researched and suspected. It’s sad when me, someone with only a high school degree could figure out what tests needed to be done to properly finish myself. She said I was just getting old. I appreciate the 2nd doc who did proper exams but I will never return.

Dr. Liu seems to be in a good mood early in the morning. I would recommend scheduling an appointment with her in the early hours vs later if you do see her. She is a great doctor, but she is very busy and she will rush you through your 15 minute appointment without fully addressing all of your concerns at times. She is hasty and tries to finish your sentences about problems you are experiencing instead of letting you talk. Although she has accurately treated my medical problems, I also feel like I have been rushed through my visits with her.

I was horrified when a work colleague told me she knew I was seeing Dr. Liu. I never shared that information with anyone at work.

This doctor was snippy, snotty, and rude. She rushed me out as if she didn't want to see me. She didn't listen, or maybe didn't understand, what I said. Was a poor appointment.

This is a feedback note from an appointment with Dr. Dianne Liu of the North Memorial Clinic in St. Anthony. After a pleasant greeting, Dr. Liu did a poor job with me as a first-time patient. She quickly put me on the defensive, making it seem like I didnâ??t have the right to be injured (I am a retired professor). She jumped to conclusions right away, collected almost no information, and did no analysis or problem solving. She closed off discussion before I could present all the reasons for my visit. She became argumentative and snippy, with a scolding tone. She failed to give me information that only later I discovered. She might have medical knowledge, but she sure does not show thinking skills. It was the worst doctorâ??s appointment I have ever had.
