I have 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a type of psychotherapy that allows people to heal from presenting symptoms and emotional distress that originated from traumatic life experiences.
I have extensive experience with children who are diagnosed with ADHD, helping children cope with divorce, …and children experiencing life transitions. I am versed in many counseling modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy and Person Centered Approach. Together we can work on enhancing life so that you can live it to its fullest.
