Awesome bedside manner! Very personable Was able to explain condition in terms I could understand

Dr. Morocz has very little tact when it comes to patient or staff engagement. To start, her staff seem incredibly unorganized and stressed. During my time in the waiting room you saw how she spoke to them and how demeaning her tone of voice was. She had a similar approach to many waiting patients who have been told very different information by phone than in the clinic, and rather that clearing the air and showing some empathy, especially to the elderly, she seemed to plow right through them with an arrogant approach. With regards to the office visit itself, Dr. Morocz could use a refresher on manners and the purpose of her role as a medical doctor. For one, it is certainly not to barrage patients or guilt them into treatment, without gaining context. She seems to reflect a level of superiority and confidence I’ve rarely seen in doctors, and I don’t mean that in a positive way. Let’s go back to having some decency and treating people with respect. My recommendation would be to start… with yourself, then get your office in order, before projecting onto your patients. There’s no way people will have respect for a doctor who has little to no tact with patients or their staff, let alone take their advice on medical treatment. If burned out, then perhaps switching roles to a different clinic would serve patients much better. I can see many patients wasting time visiting this clinic if this is how she treats patients and staff. Seeing doctors behave this way is exactly why there’s so much hesitancy to various treatments. People want to feel heard. In short, my visit ti the clinic was disheartening and stressful, and resembled a highly toxic work and visitor environment.
