Dr. Diana Suheil Nassar, MD

Dr. Nassar is one of the kindest and best PCPs I have ever had. She is compassionate, listens intently and provides thorough and sound medical advice. I make sure to schedule with her whenever I need excellent medical care.

"My experience I had with Dr. Nassar was not that great. She seems very young and very inexperienced. I feel like she just started there at cedars. The way she talked to me was super fast and I could not understand alot of things she was saying to me. She scheduled me for labs and her responses were always very short and not that informative "cholesterol and such and such were good" or " your enzymes came back fine" or whatever. Literally, I had like 5 or so different labs drawn and every time was like a short little response from her. On one of the labs I even noticed that my vitamin D was under the red and she didn't even bring that up. She makes you feel liek shes rushing you and does not really take the time to really diagnose you. I also asked her something once and she had to google it to give me the answer. She seems to lack confidense and knowledge on certain things. She cames across as a newby. And I don't know if this is a new thing with new young Dr's but Dr. Nassar didn't… even try to do like an evaluation of my physical health. All she did was take my EKG and my blood pressure. Actually she didn't do it someone else did. Dr. Nassar didn't check my ears or my throat like the old school Dr's. Used to do. Dr. Nassar just came in to the room, gave me an awkward hello and just dived right into my ailments. It was sort of weird. Also besides these things Dr. Nassar has done a horrible job of reaching back and giving me very important test results that I've been waiting on for a while now. I've gone as far as going to the complaints department at the hospital where I saw her at because it has been about 3 months that she has not reached back to me regarding a test she had me do. I am just extremely disappointed in Dr. Nassars patient care and I wholeheartedly believe that she should not work at the hospital where she is working at right now. She gives a bad name to this organization where she practices medicine at. "

Awful. One visit only w worry about swollen lymph node. She was personable and easy to talk to. She suggested ultra sound which took 2 1/2 months to schedule. Bad results suggesting mri. She never responded to my phone calls expressing concern and staff couldn’t seem to schedule mri. I’d never go back. Terribly run operation! Ruined my whole summer.

Anyone who will not see you without coercion into a $150 membership for "holistic approach services" (including acupuncture when all you need is an annual physical) should not call themselves a doctor. Unless you're willing to pay the extra money out of pocket before the appoitment, you'll be sent home despite making the trip. There's no warning about this either, and apparently reception is not expected or instructed to do their due diligence.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a healthcare provider. She was non responsive and extremely dismissive. I came to her because of a health condition and the stress she added to my life put me in a worse state than before I saw her. Stay away.
