I went to the dermatologist for my insecurities. Every time I mentioned one of my insecurities, she shuts it down within seconds, making me feel dumb and stupid. She is one of the rudest doctors I have ever been to. When I came back for a follow up, she literally showed up to my room minutes before the office closes. She literally wasted my time and money telling me there are no options. She left within 5 minutes and yelled at all of my concerns. Rudest and meanest doctor I have ever experienced. Don't go to her if you want a doctor that would hear out your issues.

Waited nearly an hour for a procedure appointment with Dr. Nguyen. After 45 minutes I asked the front desk how much longer the wait would be and that I had to get back to work. Their uncaring response was "as soon as a room is available". I waited another 5 minutes and left. After that, I never heard a word from them. You would think the practice manager would call about an unserved appointment. Turns out it was the best thing. I went to a new dermatologist who actually offered new treatment methods for my rosacea - both a new prescription and new daily cleansing/moisturizing program. She also gave better advice on how to remove some moles from my face, making a definitive recommendation on shaving two first to see how my skin responded as well as telling me that a few of the moles on my cheek would not respond well to removal. I never got such detailed or definitive advice from Dr. Nguyen, which is unfortunate because I have been going to her off and on for years to treat my rosacea.… Super disappointed with her practice and lack of care from her and her staff, but again a bad experience lead me to a new provider who I firmly believe will provide better treatment, has better bed-side manner and much friendlier, caring staff with a seamless check in/our and prescription filling procedure.

Misdiagnosed my condition, general practitioner was more helpful.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent practitioner. She is thorough and very knowledgable in addition to being caring.

Dr Nguyen is very professional and very accurate about the diagnosis. She found a small lesion on my leg that I did not see at all. Sent to biopsy and it turned out to be cancer and she removed it right away. Thank goodness I had this routine mole exam. I will always go once a year to make sure nothing else is growing that I cannot see whereas she will see right away.
