I was 23 when I emigrated to the United States and performed all my postsecondary education here in Minnesota. When I was a little girl, I would ride in a Yipao with my grandparents to their coffee farm outside of Popayán in the Cauca region of Columbia. Although many people in the United States consider coffee an ‘adult’ drink, growing up in Colombia, we typically begin drinking coffee as children!Outside of work, I love spending time playing board games, admiring nature and traveling.
