I waited a long time in a small room (45min) before being received by the doctor. I did not appreciate the service received by the doctor.

This was a very poor gynecology visit. Not only was the wait time long, but Dr. Tran Kim barely spent any time talking to me (I was a new patient and was there to discuss switching to a different form of birth control) even though I stressed that I wanted to discuss the ins and outs of different BC forms. She kept bringing me to different rooms and leaving me in there for a while - it was clear she was seeing at least two other patients at the same time. She then forgot to follow up with me at the end of my appointment about which BC form to prescribe, so after I waited for her in the waiting room after the appointment for 20 minutes, I gave up, took some pamphlets from the receptionist and left, but was told she would follow up with me. She never did. I will not go back to her.
