An incredibly great experience all the way around for my eight year old daughter on a multi-pronged operation and an amazing recovery. Having seen some remarks on other reviews as to the office environment, I would venture to say Dr. Traquina is trying to help as many people as she can in a timely fashion. Peter Krasnoff

I loved my visit with Dr Traquina. She really knows her stuff. Took my daughter there for a snoring problem. She had to have surgery and now my daughter is no longer snoring or has breathing problems. However, front desk girl was extremely hyper and nervous. Made me feel on edge. Always up and running around and very repetitive . I don't see how someone can work the front desk this way. She mumbled a few times under her breathe when checking in another patient. Even tho she made a bad impression for the front desk, I was delighted with the Dr. But beware of the front desk when checking in. I wouldn't check in with her!!!

Dr. is good but the office and staff are the worst I've ever encountered. Staff is combative, rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Would demand payme ...

The office staff is the most incompetent I have ever come across. Wait times are ridiculous. Over 1.5 hours past scheduled appointment time is common. No toys or any form of entertainment for children. Staff routinely damanded payment for services in office before we even received invoice and would argue and make excuses for their wait times and incompetence if you complain. Took my 2y/o child to another ENT due to front office.

I was really worried about my infant but the doctor was fantastic. She spent lots of time with us and eased my fears. If you want a great doctor visit her. She has so much experience and seems to really love kids.

One of the worst bedside manners a doctor can have. Condescending all the way and wouldn't even look you in the eye let alone discuss the full prognosis or plan of care. The office staff are the icing on the cake. I wouldn't recommend going here.

The doctor was great. I was very nervous about my child's illness but she made feel so comfortable. And my child was treated so well. Dr traquina has so much experience and truly cares. Can't recommend her enough.

Dr Traquina came highly recommended and i can't understand why. Her office is always running late - or 1st visit we were there for 2 + hours and our second was 1 hour. Maybe she's just not used to dealing with older kids...i just felt that she couldn't make a decision and then she kept contradicting herself. I will definitely be finding another doctor.
