However, her staff mitigates this by updating the wait time on her web site in real time - this makes it super easy to plan ahead and manages expectations of patients. The wait room is comfortable. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Wang is not only knowledgeable, but she is thorough and efficient while making patients feel seen and heard. She has excellent bed side manner and is laser focused on treatment plans. She does not hem and haw, she does not say "I don't know", and she does not do google searches in your presence. Whatever your issue is, chances are she's seen it before and has handled it before.
