This office has a constant physician turnover and the office staff is incompetent. I was supposed to have stitches out in 2 weeks and the office staff scheduled me for 7 weeks. Appointments are a nightmare. Appointments are scheduled in the wrong office, are sometimes cancelled with no notification. By the time you get an appointment, that physician has moved on. It is easier to deal with the IRs than the poorly-trained staff.

The doctor was quick and to the point. I saw the doctor for less the two minutes. Her staff person stayed with me for the entire visit which was greatly appreciated.

Saw Dr. Westgate for a suspicious mole, she took a biopsy and sent it to pathology. Turned out to be melanoma as she suspected and I would have to come back for a wide excision to make sure it was all removed. Nobody wants to be told they have cancer at 28, but Dr. Westgate was great and made sure to answer any questions I had and the office staff was great fitting me in right away for the excision.

I drove from Battle Creek Mi to Grand Rapids to see Dr. Westgate and I would do it again in a heart beat. Entire experience was outstanding!

Dr. Westgate is always very professional. She takes the time to explain then procedures.

Literally no waiting in the waiting room. Only a few minutes wait once in the exam room. Dr. Westgate was very professional and courteous. She explained things as she went along.

Nice and to the point. Got me out and is always available if needed.

I had a good experience except my wait time was horrible. Also the therapist didn't tell me about the spritzer until my time was nearly up when I was getting my first blue light treatment

Dr Westgate is very caring and attentive. While seeing me for scalp Psoriasis she noticed a area on my back that she was concerned about. They did a biopsy immediately. She called me later that evening to tell me it was malignant. Her staff scheduled me for treatment. It was caught it so early that it was a "level zero cancer" and easily resolved. After that was taken care of, she continued to work with me using different approaches of treatment for my scalp psoriasis. It is now in remission and for the first time in years I now feel great.

Dr was pleasant and efficient and addressed all my questions . Little waiting as well.
