I had breast reduction a few years ago. I had a terrible infection. One breast was redone. I have no color in my aerial and my nipples are flat. I went for lazer treatments for months. My scars and breasts look horrible.

DO NOT DO NOT let Dr Alexander perform surgery on you! She is a sweet person and has wonderful bedside manner, but she destroyed my body. I’ve been to 2 different, we’ll know surgeons, in Atlanta and both are shocked at my results. Dr Alexander did an tummy tuck on me several years ago. I was told I would be able to wear a bikini. Not only can I not wear a bikini, but it’s hard to find a one piece to hide what she did. I’ve been back to see her more than once, and she is will “fix” it, but it will cost me. My surgery was performed at Piedmont Atlanta and she told me after the surgery that she “couldn’t turn me over” at that hospital. I’m assuming that means she could do the job correctly. If I wear any type of half way form fitting dress, I have to wear spanks to hide the huge bulges on the sides of my body. I’m not a big person and work hard to keep my weight down. It hurts every time I look in the mirror. I STRONGLY Regret letting her do anything to me. You only have… one body, once it’s done, it’s done. Clearly, she wouldn’t want to use my body as an example of her work. Sometimes I wonder if I was her first patient. I was drawn to her because she is a lovely person.

Good work at first but if something is wrong and she has to go back and fix it she acts like her ego is hurt and makes horrible comments under her breath or as she is walking out the door. I got the "Cancer patients are alway coming back for free touch ups". Needless to say I will NEVER go back there !

Had my breast done and I will love her forever...

I had a consultation with Dr. Alexander today and I was satisfied with my visit. I am confident in her answers to my questions.

Did not offer DIEP surgery as an option. I did not wish to have any muscle cut into.

Saw Diane for a breast lift just two years ago and have already had to have it redone. She didn't listen to what I wanted and put in bigger implants than I'd wanted. The breasts never looked higher or better. You hardly see her after surgery. You see her nurses only. Waste of pain, anxiety and money. Also found out she did implants for someone I knew and ended up doing them twice.

Dr. Alexander does excellent work, spends all the time I need during an office visit and sees me for follow-up more than is customary in my experience.

So, this was my first time getting Botox and Juvederm today. I saw Dr. Alexander's results on another client and I was very impressed! She looked so natural and her skin is flawless!!! She's in her mid 50's and she look like she is 45!!! She referred me to Artisan Plastic Surgery in The Perimeter Mall area of Atlanta Georgia over a year ago and i hate i never booked an appoinment sooner! I can't describe how pleased I am with, not only my results, but my experience with Dr. Alexander and her entire Staff! I have NO BRUISING, NO NOTICEABLE SWELLING and I am getting ready for the big NBA Finals game party tonight at the local sports bar. Dr. Alexander is by far the greatest plastic surgeon I have ever met in my whole entire life (and I have visited so many of them because of my my mom's surgeries). She is definitely the best plastic surgeon in Atlanta area who has performed multiple surgeries on my mother's breast. I really appreciate all her efforts for my mom's conditions and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great pleasant surgeon who really cares about her patients and gives them so much hope.
