Dr bai is wonderful

Other than a long wait (2-3 months) to see Dr. Bai, I knew my life wasn't in jeopardy, and she was worth every day of waiting. Explains well, treats you like a person, kind, very clear about next steps.

I will always recommend the hospital to my friends and families.

Did not listen and asked what would you like me to do about it. Staff and Dr Bai rude and incompetent. I’m a nurse of 20 years never treated so badly by physician and office staff

Yesterday was my third colonoscopy with Dr. Bai. I feel very fortunate to work with a physician who takes the time necessary to listen and help patients understand their health concerns. Her easy manner and sense of humor make an unpleasant procedure a little more tolerable. Thanks, Dr. Bai

I had a endoscopy and colonoscopy a. Year ago. I felt like I was in a production factory. From the time I was called back until the time I left.the staff was more interested in there plans for the week-end then me.The person putting in the I V had a hard time with it. It took about 4 times to get in.But she had no problem keep conversation with her fellow workers .when it came time for the procedure and they add the sleey juice it did noihing?As the are putting the scope in and I'm gaging and chocking trying to tell her I wasn't out, I was told to relax and it would be over in a minute, by this point I'm in tears.I asked for some drugs and they told me I had all I could . Dr.Bai continue d with the colonoscopy.Now I'm just pisst off. I'm instructed to hold still. As the barbaric procedure continued she said oh a tattoo.i repleyed that was from cancer palp from a previously exam. When the Dr was removing one I told he i could feel the heat. After I was returned to the so called… recovery room they went out and bought my sister in.We didn't see anyone for 20minutes. Finally my sister went to the car and brought me a spirit. After 45minutes we got some one to take out the IV . We talked about how the meds didn't work.The IV had gone though the skin and my gown was set from the meds that went straight through. 2 weeks later at my follow up appointment offered no explanation or did she apologize. Pretty much all she said was people in other countries have these procedures are done without any meds. My only reply was, we're in America . You can bet your bottom dollar I for sure won't return.
