Dr.Boot was outstanding,very complete and completely professional in listening and giving my problem complete attention.

When I saw Dr. Book, she went through all my records, from all disciplines to tie all the loose ends together and come up with a diagnosis. I recommend her.

Thanks for Dr Book 's quick intervention while I was having a major right brain stroke,I believe I will fully recover.She is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Book kept me and my family informed on what was going on during this stressful time.She used current medical interventions that most hospitals in WI don't use yet. I feel she saved my life...certainly my quality of life.

I took my mother to see Dr. Book and came out feeling extremely positive about the experience. She was timely, spent a lot of time with both myself and my mother (1.5 hours total!), we both appreciated her bedside manner (which I describe as grounded, down-to-earth, and kind), and got a lot of valuable information from the visit to help us move forward. We have found that neuro specialists in WI tend to have huge backlogs and were able to see her sooner than others. Though this took 2-3 months lead time, I see that as a problem with the industry, not the doc. For us personally, she was wonderful.

The Multidisciplinary Team approach they advertise is non-existent. One stiff social worker who talks as though reading from a script and the doctor is the only exposure we had to this TEAM. Someone takes the patient into a room to test them, then bring them back and you see the doctor. "Arrogant and dismissive" from another review, hits it on the head. Dismissed before we had enough information. Driving was not even broached until a family member brought it up. Dr Book also disappeared for an extended amount of time. We were not informed until we called for an appt. No time was given as to when she would return. So who is handling our family member? Staff members were very evasive as to her disappearance. Not professional by any stretch. Lack of consideration for the people who depend on her. So as far as family support and helping them to cope with a sick family member...good luck. Just a lot of expensive meds that don't work.

I have had several opportunities to see Dr. Book. She treats me with respect, she is repsectful of my time, and she really knows her stuff. I am a nurse, and Dr. Book is very thorough. The only problem I have is that I needed to wait 3 weeks for an appointment when I had a serious health concern.
