Dr. Diane Brzezinski, DO

If I were to imagine what it feels like to be on Medicade and get poor service and the run around....it would be my experience with Dr. Brzezinski's office. It takes 3 months to get a virtual appointment to talk about the forms you fill out, then another month to talk about labwork with assistants and RN. No view of the Droctor even in the office during the 2 hours I was there. Oh, did I mention that you are required to come 1/2 hour before your appointment and then they are late up to over 1 hour. Forget if you need special insurance approval.... no follow up, misplacd faxes, and to top it all off, the front end office staff is so rude and outright inefficient....

I was so disappointed in Dr Brzezinski. She was recommended by a Doctor/partner. First of all it is easier to get into Harvard than it is to get to see this Des Moines educated U doctor. Next, her staff are so unfriendly. I have been to her office 11 times. I have yet to meet this doctor. Yesterday I was actually scheduled to meet with the doctor. I have lung cancer. I had to meet with my surgeon to discuss my lung removal. The surgeon ran a few minutes. This made me 20 min. late for an appointment with Brzezinski. End of story. She would not see me

I love Dr B and her staff was wonderful. I have never been treated so kindly. I have finally found a Doctor to take care of all of me in one place ! Absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a caring physician and staff treated me with kindness and respect. I look forward to seeing everyone again on my next visit. God bless all of you ??

At this office they make you jump through hoops just to get an appointment and when you finally do it is just with her assistant. Dr Brzezinski requires that you do a blood work up, meet with her assistant, have a heart ultrasound on two different dates. (The second appointment was about 10 minutes,) there is no reason that I had to go two times. We all know now she can charge our insurance company for two visits. So now I have been to her office 3 times and I have not even meet her (How sad, she will not even take the time to meet you until you have jumped through all the hoops. She is so busy I have to wait 2 months just to meet her, I show up for my appointment which was at 3:40 at about 3:33 and I am told I am not early enough and my appointment is canceled, I have to come back another day. Ridiculous! Why would anyone in their right mind go back to this office. And just in case you wanted to know I have spent more than 10 minutes waiting in her waiting room, she did not… give me any compensation. So her office can make you wait, but if you are not early enough, you get cancelled. When I got there the receptionist would not even let me sign in. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. My time in important too.

Speaking as a new patient, Dr Brzezinski is by far the best internist in the area, She spends the time to truly get to know you. She explains the results of the testing, is very realistic easy to understand terms. She explains the why behind her recommendations. I would without reservation recommend her as a primary care physician.The wait to be accepted into the practice may seem excessive but it is truly worth it. The office staff is most helpful focusing on your need and care

Dr. B and her staff are wonderful she has seen myself and Life Partner thru life altering health.

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. B! She is the most caring and concerned Doctor I have seen throughout my life time. She takes time to hear and answer every question and concern you have....a rare trait!

She is a wonderful caring doctor that actually listens to what you have to say . Staff is wonderful too.

Cant say enough about the outstanding care she provides for patients! She is the BEST!!!

I can't imagine why Dr B isn't rated 5! She's terrific!
