Dr. Diane Mary Chappuis, MD

A machine reminder stated the appointment was from Courage Kenny, no building, floor, or suite was provided. Not knowing that Courage Kenny has multiple locations we were told to go from buildings to buildings and floors to floors. By the time we found the correct place we were already late. Dr. Chappuis refused to see us even though the appointment was scheduled for an hour. I begged to let us see Dr. Chappuis since it's hard getting my mom out due to a previous stroke but the rude lady in the front said no and asked us to come back in two months. They moved the schedule up because it's urgent yet they refused to see us and try to move it back 2 months. This goes to show you how much they really care about their patient.

I have been working with her for over a decade. She is amazing. Very intelligent, caring, and talented. She is a blessing!

Dr.Diane Chappuis is direct and does not sugar coat the issues. Sometimes she has to give news that nobody wants to hear, but she always looking out for her patients. I find her approach refreshing in that she is does not talk down to her patients, she is honest and upfront. She works extremely hard to better her patient's quality of life.
