Dr. Diane Marie Czuk-Smith, MD

I went to to Dr Czuk when she was in Saginaw at Matrix pain management...she was kind, caring very compassionate with her patients...I'm considering driving to Grand Rapids to see her, I don't feel like I get the same quality of care after she left. I've had a couple good Dr's, but the good ones never stay. She is well worth the 2 hrs drive, if your in pain I highly recommend her.

This doctor has saved my life. I was in so much pain that I didn't want to live anymore. She has reduced my pain dramatically. Now I have some good days and the bad days are better. I had a radio frequency rhizotomy. She is still working with me to see if we can lower the pain even more. She listens to her patients, is kind and knows her field. The best.

She showed very little compassion during initial consultation, furthermore I was promised a follow-up call from Dr. Czuk-Smith personally when she had thoroughly reviewed my medical records to discuss treatment options....still waiting 7 days later (after waiting 4-months to get an appointment)! I've asked to be switched to another doctor before I begin any treatment.

Dr Czuk is a true professional who cares about the patients health and well being and listens to their concerns. Without her expertise I would be laying in bed crying instead of enjoying my life
