Dr. Diane Dolensky, MD

Dr. Dolensky is knowledgeable, caring and takes the time needed to address problems. She is one of the top internists in the city and well regarded by other doctors I have.

I think she tries very hard to be a good physician. However, sadly, she is very closed minded when you have contrary evidence, for example, cholesterol medicine is garbage. I think she cares about people, but, is very closed if you need to talk about medicine or life, very, very closed. I think the office is not unbiased with the drug companies,

Dr Dolensky office staff is the worst staff i have ever experienced in any doctors office. I have called the office and have been hung up on and then spoken to rudely. I have called and requested my chart and have been refused being given my own medical records! Even the office manager Debra is horribly rude and refused to listen to my concerns.

She listens and she cares. The office staff is awful but she is a good doctor.

Does not follow thru. Staff is horrible in caring and making sure you hear back from them if it is not what they want to follow up on even if it concerns your health and care.
