Dr. Diane Fiander

Followed directions given by office staff for follow up visit with Dr Fiander. Unfortunately when trying to follow those directions, the policies had changed without any prior explanation or notice even though phone call from Dr Filander's office made two days before visit. Dr Filander was nice and said that office policies vary and things change. I appreciated her explanations; however, no apology given for rudeness by her staff member in my trying to follow directions given. Will not return to her until consistent patient care and direction is a component of her practice.

Dr. Diane Fiander met with me at her clinic on a Sunday morning at a very critical time when my eyesight in my right eye retina was collapsing. She quickly defined the urgency of my condition and took immediate action to schedule me for surgery to restore the eyesight in my right eye. She was very professional and reassuring that she would do everything necessary to give me the best chance of restoring my eyesight. Now my eyesight has been restored thanks to her aggressive and professional actions of Dr. Finder and are and her surgical team. I shall forever be grateful to this woman who came in on Sunday morning to save a very valuable part of my life. Thank you Dr. Fiander. Sincerely Stephen H Ball

Dr. Fiander had horrible bed side manner and did not find the reason my husbands pressure kept increasing in his eye after retinal surgery. For 6 weeks she just kept giving him medicine but never found the problem. We went for a second opinion after weeks of horrible pain and no results from Dr. Fiander only to find out the drops were doing nothing. He was rushed into surgery and got instant relief within 2 hours. Dr. Fiander never apologized and her response was "it hapoens" with a smile on her face. Poor Care is an understatement. She should not be a Physician...
