Dr. Diane Louise Fountas, MD

Terrifying doctor, it took the police to protect our child from her. No empathy, god complex and just plain cruel. Cannot admit mistakes and will throw a patient to the curb to protect herself and her (now former) employer.

She thinks she is god. Her way is the only way. My son has Tourette syndrome . She almost ruined him and our family. She is the worst!

Dr. Fountas is mean and lacks empathy, making her a horrible doctor.

In all due respect, don't walk away from her run. She should not be allowed to practice. She had made many serious mistakes and will never admit it because she thinks she God. Please go elsewhere.

How about being reported to DCF for not being up to date on payments after losing a child. She is a good doctor, a terrible person.

Dr. Fountas is the best Doctor we have ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable, great bed side manner and always follows up. She spends a great deal of time not only with the patient but also spends time with parent . She explains everything in detail and is always available if you have additional questions! My daughter requires 24 hour care and knowing that Dr. Fountas is a part of our life makes us feel at ease knowing she. Is always there!

My visit to this office was a complete waste of my time! Obviously if they only take new patients based on referral there is a control issue. They do not listen to patients needs, have their own agenda. It would be nice if they realized that they are bring " hired" by parents to care for their children. It's dr. Fountas' way or the highway! Ridiculous!

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Fountas, I thought she was great on the other hand, her staff and everyone else under her has to go!!! I feel like my worries or opinions don't matter. My youngest had a problem with formula and everytime I said something wasn't right they didn't address the matter until he lost significant weight and it was finally addressed by Dr. FOUNTAS.They do not listen to anything you have to say and always have to be right in the matter. I don't feel comfortable around them. I am not perfect nor do I intend to be, but I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and her staff shows or does neither. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have their noses so far up in the sky I am surprised they can't smell their own crap!I would recommend Dr Fountas however because of her rude staff it's time for a new doctor

I recently had a very bad experience with this doctor. I agree with other reviewers that she Dr D Fountas DOES NOT listen to the parents. She keeps on doing what she thinks in the right and never listen to parents who are with the baby for 24/7; she also is not upto date with her medical knowledge as she failed to order a critical test for my child which if ordered promptly could have saved my child from being in the hospital for atleast 3-4days.Her bed side manners are also questionable at best. Dont go to her office and save yourself a ton of headache. Also if you miss the appointment or late for even 10min they will re-schedule you, period.
