My experience with this practice was very concerning. The office initiated the termination of my care without any request from me to leave. Although they informed me that I remained under their care for 30 days, they canceled my upcoming appointment despite repeated messages noting the urgency of my situation. This caused a disruption in care during an ongoing medical concern. When I followed up in writing to clarify and request my records, the office declined to reinstate the appointment and limited my access to only emergency services, which was not consistent with what I was told previously or what patients generally expect under Georgia care standards. If continuity of care is important to you, I encourage others to be cautious and ask clear questions about how this practice handles terminations, urgent cases, and follow-up appointments.
