Dr. Diane Linda Kaiser, DO

This doctor is racist, arrogant, unsympathetic, and deserves to have her medical license revoked. She treated me worse than an animal during the Coronavirus Pandemic and is unfit for her vocation.

All previous reviews were supposed to be 1 star and not 5....During a heightened pandemic in our country, and after being directed by the state of Michigan Health department to report to the E.R. at her hospital for proper testing, I was appalled by the treatment we received under this doctor's care. It's clear she needed a break because there was a deliberate and intentional effort put forth to belittle the spouse of one of her patients and then basically dismiss his symptoms as being serious enough to require testing according to the state. She was petty, rude, and arrogant...all at the same time. I've never encountered someone in the healthcare profession as unprofessional and childish as this woman. We were not listened to or cared about and instead, sent back into the community with Covid-19 symptoms and without the testing that the State of Michigan told us to have done, all thanks to Dr. Diane Kaiser. She is someone who has ZERO business working with people and actually put… effort into being an arrogant snob. It was inexcusable. We will be filing a formal complaint with the hospital and reaching back out to the state to report our unfortunate experience. Please, avoid her at all costs unless you can deal with what she says regarding your condition or the condition of a loved one without asking questions or voicing concerns. When we did that she said, "I'm going to excuse myself now" and left the room mid-sentence to obtain discharge papers. Who puts effort into being rude and dismissive in the healthcare profession? Someone who SHOILD NOT be working with other human beings. That describes this doctor.

She then proceeded to say, " I'm going to excuse myself" while I was in midsentence on my second attempt to explain what we had been told. She turned immediately and left the room it was inexcusable and I warn anyone to seek her care because you may not be worth her time if you have questions. I will be filing a formal complaint with the hospital and reaching back out to the state to report our unfortunate experience. Stay away from this doctor at all costs! She lacks the compassion and care that comes along with her profession and was deliberate in her belittling treatment of us while we were there.
