She is the worst doctor I've EVER had she was extremely dismissive, rude and inconsiderate of any health issues I had. I have had several visits and I have probable spent 10 minutes with her all together. I had to go to her office because she was one of the only doctors in my network but my services is always so bad I drive from Parma to Akron to see a different doctor. If you are a women or minority avoid at all cost the 45 minute drive is honestly so worth it.

P.A. student was extremely rude and the doctor came in Diane Kushner into the room smiling over a situation I was having. I will never go back!

My ex-wife went to this doctor because she was referred to her by her doctor and had to wait 2 weeks to be seen. My ex-wife has a serious illness and is waiting for approval of government assistance. So after seeing about a half dozen "specialist" doctors and having many lab tests her money is short. She went to the appointment and post dated the check for 2 days later because that's when the money would be ready. The office manager/receptionist said NO THE DOCTOR WILL NOT SEE YOU. I called twice because the first time after a professional exchange the one woman hung up on me. The second time different woman answered who had talked to my wife was nastier. I explained it to her and her reply was" you're coming off the street , we have no idea who you are" REALLY.. WITH INSURANCE IN HAND, DRIVER LICENCES AND A CHECK, DOCTORS REFERRAL, ALL THE INFO FROM ALL THE TESTS AND OTHER DOCTORS they didn't want to see her because she posted dated a lousy check for 20 bucks and didn't believe her.… So much for the doctors hippocratic oath. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE OFFICE OR DOCTOR TO A DOG

Very professional doctor. I am so glad I met Dr. Kushnar at the Ridge Park Med Center and since have gone to her office for appointments.

Refused To give me what i wanted and just smiled like i was lying.. trust me if you see this doctor you will be highly disappointed. You will want to punch her in the face after seeing her because she just laughs and doesn't give a **** about you and just wants to maximize the money she can make. You will not get what you want if you see this doctor I promise you and forget pain medication.. you can have a broken leg and she still wont give you jack. Lady at the front desk however was very nice.

We have been seeing doctor Kushnar for over 7 years now. She is an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. We have 4 children - two of which I was pregnant with during visits. She makes you feel comfortable and truly listens. I don't know how anyone can make these demeaning remarks about her. Yes - she washes and uses sanitizer, can you imagine if she didn't!?! Yes - she is a doctor and is busy, that's because she is so great that it takes time to respond to everyone! The staff is wonderful (the new boy receptionist is a little uptight but he's just starting out his first job it seems and has gotten friendlier with each visit). We almost always see her and not a RN or student. Our diagnosis are always correct and I can call her anytime for any concerns I have - and I have a lot with 4 kids! Go to see her, you won't be disappointed. :)

SHE TAKES PATIENTS PAIN AS A JOKE AND ALLOWS THEM TO SUFFER!! AND THAT'S IF YOU ACTUALLY CAN GET A HOLD OF HER AND NOT HER NP LUCY. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS TO PATIENTS OR PHARMACY WHEN THERE IS CLEARLY A PROBLEM W/THE MEDICATION PRESCRIBED. IF YOU ACTUALLY DO TALK TO HER SHE SUGGESTS GOING TO AN URGENT CARE OR ER. AFTER SITTING IN THE ER FOR FOUR HOURS THE ER DOCTOR TOLD ME SHE DIAGNOSED ME WRONG AND TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. STAFF IS FRIENDLY BUT THE DOCTOR ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WHEN IT COME TO TAKING CARE OF PATIENTS NEEDS.

Let me just start off by saying that I do not visit a physician very often and went to Dr. Kushnar based on all the reviews that I saw online. I would recommend seeing another physician that has a better understanding and caring of the human condition. Because the reviews that are online, are seriously inflated. If you have minor aches and pains, she is great for putting on a bandaid and charging you a $180 for the office visit. Anything other than that, go to a real professional. Save yourself the time and trouble because outside of a scraped knee, she is outside of her comfort zone and makes you (the patient) go find another doctor for anything else that could be wrong with you. She offers no support, guidance, or explanations. Big time fake when it comes to being a real physician.
