She is excellent and all patients should appreciate her the wait time totally worth it if you have one

Great doctor! Very nice, and really understands and helps you. The ONLY negative, is that the wait is always about 2 hours. I suggest getting the first appt (even then its about 45 minutes)

My experiences with this office have been mixed, I've been a patient of Dr. Diane's for about 1 year. She's very pleasant, soft spoken, knowledgeable and caring, the office staff on the other hand, not so much. Additionally the office needs some updating and a deep cleaning wouldn't hurt.

Long wait, 2-3 hours average, billed under wrong codes, office not willing to help with billing issues.

The minute you walk into the welcoming "waiting area" you notice the difference. You, the unique- individual patient matter. You are not in an assembly line office where you wait 2 hrs past your appt and then speak to the Dr 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and courteous, the nurse is outgoing and makes you feel welcome, explains all the facets of the preliminary exam and Dr Diane is wonderful. She respects, listens to her patients. I know I am in good hands.

I knew that I would have to wait. She takes a lot of time with everyone. The wait is worth it. Just expect it.

Misdiagnosed my family too many times. Ended up in hospital.

Office staff horrible; Dr. Diane told me I needed to have surgery yet when I went to see surgeon her staff took over week to forward ultra sound report to surgeon even after surgeons office called every day for a week. The nasty receptionist told me it was sent already even after surgeons nurse said they didn't receive it. I had to insist it be refaxed because simply asking nicely wasn't working. 1 of her nurses one time spent 5 minutes on the phone spewing her hate for Obamacare also telling me how a lot of drs. will stop practicing because of it. Another nurse needlessly upset (had me in tears) me during my last office visit & Dr. Diane didnt hesitate to stick up for her instead of apologizing. Long long wait then when I was finally brought in to examining room after this same nurse triaged me and i told her my preference to see Dr. Diane instead of her husband (knowing my back was in spasms) she made me walk out to waiting room again and 2 minutes later brought me back in. … Used to love Dr. Diane...not a fan anymore.

I have never met a doctor as GOOD as Dr. Diane Magliulo. Like I said in the header, she is caring, compassionate, and kind...plus, she has a sense of humour and respect for her patient. She never rushes out of the office and will give you her undivided attention as long as you have concerns that you need clarified. Sometimes, I have to wait a bit longer to see her, but I never leave her office with any unanswered questions or a sense that I was just another number in a queue.

Every time I go to Shore Medical Associates, the offices of Dr.'s Raymond & Diane Magliulo it is like visiting an old friend! I am always warmly greeted by Dr. Diane. She will sit and talk with me for awhile and I never feel rushed. I find her to be extremely knowledgable and caring. Of all the years I've been going to Dr. Diane I think the longest I ever had to wait was 25 minutes - unlike other offices that cram as many patients in as they can for the same time slot. I have been going to Shore Medical for 13 years and love my doctors!
