won't take time to talk to you about your history. refuses to find meds compatible with other meds I'm taking, had her nurse call me to Google it and tell them what i want to take.. only wants to prescribe meds for which she's getting kickbacks

If I can give this chic a zero I would! She got sassy with me cause I changed my refills to mail in and she had to go back and re enter and she did not like that she had to. She did not do I I wanted he to do and that was get a referral. She is the rudest dr I have ever encountered! I can believe she is employed!!! I don’t even know how people can rate her above a 1, unprofessionally looking and dressed!

I have never experienced a doctor that walked in and did not make eye contact with me or say hello or shake my hand. Wow I am home and in shock. I have never went to the doctor for my allergies and left with no prescriptions. Wow Dr. Minich must have skip the class on personal skills and how to greet the customer. No complaints about Dr. Minich's capabilities as a Dr. However, had at least 1 lab bill a year billed inaccurately due to miscoding or tests rans w/out authorization. Final straw was Dr. Minich admitting ordering a test w/out authorization, promising to fix the error, but failed to do so after calling her 4 times. I ended up paying $266 for a test a specifically asked NOT to be ran. Finally tapped out and had to change doctors!!!

Poor service, very rude, should not be called a doctor at all! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time to hang it up.

I don't know how this woman keeps her licence. A true mom and pop practice. She spends more time talking to staff and on the phone than she does her patients. The office is filthy, she can bairly keep herself together. Stay away from this practice. Appointments are easy because she can't keep patients..

Always takes time to do things right and listen to what you have to say.

The office was very dirty. The same bloody tissue has been in an exam room for at least three months. There are crumbs on a tray by cleaning supplies which have also been there for months. It seems to be ran in a non-professional manner.

Pathetic. Just wants you in and out so she can move on to the next $. But hey, if you want a script ... you're in luck! You'll leave with one whether you need it or not. Stay away.
