Diane Podsedly Oran

Diane uses a biopsychosocial approach when working with patients. She believes her biggest strength is her ability to engage with patients and listen to their needs. When working with patients, she treats them in a manner that she’d want her own family to experience. Patients find that Diane is relatable and genuinely cares about them. With more than 30 years of experience in mental health, she is invested in continuing her psychiatric education to learn about the newest and novel approaches for medication treatments with the least amount to side effects. Outside of work, Diane volunteers as an usher at the Mondavi Center for the Arts. She loves animals, sports, her hobby of growing and arranging flowers, and her poodle mix Archie. Family is very important to her and she enjoys spending time with them kayaking, vacationing, preparing meals, going to concerts and museums, and just hanging out together.
