Dr. Diane C. Riley, MD

Dr. Riley is one of the best doctors i have been to. She is very knowledgeable of her profession...and im glad she did my surgeries. Her staff is very welcoming and i have never had a problem getting an appointment even on short notice. I eould recommend her to anybody with any hand..wrist..or elbow problems.

Don't waste your time calling for an appointment if you require urgent care. My husband was in an accident on a weekend and the ER staff instructed us to call Dr Riley's office to obtain an appointment for urgently required surgery on the following Monday. The receptionist blew us off with bureaucracy and refused to give him an appointment.When every hour counts, don't waste your precious time with this physician's office.

I find Dr. Riley very efficient, professional and able. Once you know her she is also very friendly.

No introduction. Very abrupt and almost argumentative. I was warned that she was not a warm person, but have also heard she is one of the best at what she does. Am not looking forward to my next visits with her. I don't think I have ever disliked a person so quickly after just meeting them. Staff is not as bad as her but could be so much better. Probably the worst doctors visit of my life.

Extremely knowledgeable, superior intelligence and technique in treating patients and keeps up to date with current medical best practices and research. Totally dedicated to giving her patients the best care possible. My profession is totally dependent on my hands working well and I have the utmost confidence in her. grateful patient

Dr. Riley is the best in all that she does. My surgery went extremely well with no complications, and the scar is invisible. I highly recommend her and her entire staff. What a great bunch of people.

I original saw Dr. Riley after having surgery performed a year previously in Worcester by a physician associated with Fallon performed at St. Vincents. (Bad experience with that physican). Dr. Riley removed hardware that was causing pain and my recovery went so well I didn't need any PT. She was very knowledgable and great at explaining pros & cons and fit me into her schedule quickly.I only wish she did ankles too since I now have an ankle injury and it's hard to find a surgeon that you can trust and that you feel that comfortable allowing to operate when you're concerned about recovery and future limitations.
