Does not care -is condescending and acts like care is not needed. She is not prompt to treat and anaphalaxis is not life threatening. She should not practice emergency medicine at all.

Treated me for three months for the wrong diagnosis. Finally went to another doctor and problem was diagnosed first visit. Went through a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering.

I have went to this office off and on for several appointments and found they do not listen to their patients. I had a complaint obut an ear issue and complained about it several times in 2013. All they did was look in my ear and tell me I had some fluid buildup and did nothing ele. Now today in 2015 I am deaf in that ear and have to wear a hearing aid. Back in 2009 I went there because I suspected pesticide poisoning and they performed the wrong tests, now I also have glaucoma and will go blind. In 2014 I was subjected to total coliform bacteria at a place I moved into and they tested but said the test had deteriorated and could not be performed. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE FIND A DIFFERENT CLINIC AND NOR DEAL WITH THESE INCOMPETENT DOCTORS HERE.

This is the worst place to go to if you have a problem. I went here because I had severe abdominal pain and had pain in my pelvic area, the doctor who seen me at this office said that I was having bad menstrual pain, that I was getting ready to start my period, even though I told her that I had pain in my pelvic area since 2007 and pain when I had sex with my husband, but was worse when I came to see her and she said that if she did a pap smear on me that she bet menstrual pain was the problem, so I left right after she said that and did not pay Bedford Family Urgent Care $113.00 for a urine test and talking to the doctor for 5 minutes and I did not get a pap smear done. after I left Bedford Family Urgent Care I went to another doctors office in the area and was diagnosed with PID also I had a big cyst on my ovaries and my white blood count was high; if I stayed with Bedford Family Urgent Care I would have not had a accurate diagnosis. A ultrasound, blood and urine has confirmed the… pain I was having and only paid $173.00 for a urine test, blood test and blood work, pap smear, and talking to the doctor for at least 45 minutes. I would rate Bedford Family Urgent Care a zero but cannot so I put a one.
