I lost my child. She didn't even care.

I was pregnant with my 3rd child and needing a new doctor in COS. I went here and was incredibly disappointed in the service and care I received. Doctor Ryan was short, rude and inconsiderate. I left the appointment in tears. I called back the next day to see if I could switch to another doctor within the practice. I was told I needed Dr Ryan's approval, the new doctors approval and the office managers approval. I was transferred to the office managers voice mail and did not receive a call back. I followed up with them 2 days later and left another message, and didn't hear back again. I started my search for another doctor in COS. The customer service of their administrative office is horrible, and the thoughtfulness of the doctor is lacking. I would never recommend for anyone to go here. I am extremely disappointed.

Being a woman who is post-menopausal it was important to me to find a good female GYN. Dr. Ryan has been wonderful. While she does not do the chit chat with clients she is always professional and to the point. I've been seeing her now for over a decade and I am always please with her and her assistants.

Awful and rude. Told me my baby had hydrocephalus and was uncaring about it. Pretty much told me to consider ending pregnancy. I went to a specialist and he told me nothing was wrong with my baby, but dr Ryan had sent over quite a few "false alarms". I questioned her and she was defensive and rude. She should be sure of herself when talking about a baby's life. (I now have a perfectly healthy 3 yr old)

Dr. Ryan, her staff and colleagues were absolutely amazing. Being my first child I had lots of questions and concerns, all of which were answered promptly. Dr. Ryan stayed after her on-call shift to do a c-section and then deliver my daughter. If I could have her as an obgyn for my future children, there would be no hesitation.

I would highly reccommend that you see another doctor. She is very rude and inconsiderate.

The wait time is about 40 minutes, but the time she actually spends with you is about 5-10 minutes. Just long enough for her to un sincerely ask you if you have any questions & perform an exam. She doesn't really answer your questions though. Just chalks everything up to being pregnant. I told her I was having pelvic pain. Her answer, your pregnant, being pregnant hurts. That's not true. I seen another doctor & found relief. She is all for cesareans. Its her answer for everything. Why put someone through a major surgery if there is a healthier, safer way? I wouldn't see her again.

The wait is long. The time she spends with her patients is short & not very helpful. She doesn't have answers to your questions. You have to ...
