Dr. Diane Marie Steere, MD

Dr Steere is an incredible doctor. Very thorough, kind and a great listener. She’s very smart and has tons of experience, including ER work.

I’m am fed up with the office, it’s staff and Dr Steere. I have been a patient for a long time and all of a sudden the staff has becoming increasingly rude and difficult. I’ve had to put in a formal complaint about a nurse who consistently shamed me for refusing to stand on a scale, I’ve literally had to have a discussion about my care and overall lack of care with Dr Steere on a YEARLY basis. I call with an issue and she consistently tries to pass me off to other Drs, and seems to be refusing to provide adequate treatment, stating it’s “not her problem”. This isn’t new issue. I know many people who have been treated this way. Even so far as the billing office being rude when asking for a paper receipt to be sent out to me after making a payment. When I asked if that was a problem getting a condescending response of “Actually, it is because it costs us money.” Well, you’re a bloody business and you can send a receipt to a patient if they request one! And then to tell me I’m just “gonna… have to start using the portal, which is NOT user friendly when it comes to billing.

I had to change doctors for my own well being

My newborn son has had issues with weight gain after birth. She has diligently followed-up, weekly to address this issue and advised lactation consulting. In addition, she performed his circumcision and it has healed perfectly.

Co-workers recommended Dr. Steere to me. I recommend her to everyone. Never had a Dr. with such a kind, compassionate bedside manner. Asked me about my family, job, and honestly listened to my responses. She's so well-liked, it's hard to get an appointment with her. She's worth the wait.

Dt. Steere is my favorite doctor. Two co-workers referred me to her, and I recommend her to anyone. She is busy like all doctors these days, but she knows her stuff, she breaks it down in simple, layman's terms, but she can easily give you medical terms if you have more in-depth questions. What's more, she is bubbly and fun, and always in a good mood.
