Dr. Diann B Gordon

I was having a dental emergency and Dr. Gordon's staff was very accommodating to get me in to see her the morning that I called. (I was also a new patient having recently moved to the area). She carefully examined the x-ray and the affected teeth and patiently explained the cause of the pain and course of treatment. I really don't understand the negative comments posted here and assume that this patient must have been in even more pain than I was! Finally, WAZE gave me crazy directions to Dr. Gordon's office. Once you turn on Crew the office is right there - you don't have to drive around the block!

The office staff and facility is very nice and comfortable, the dentist on the other hand NOT. She does not explain anything, she is cool and distant, just does her work and leaves. On top of that she opts for the most expensive and in my case not even best procedure. She over zealously over worked my tooth so I had to be recommended for a root canal treatment because the tooth reacted with inflammation! She quickly referred me out! I will never go back there!

I have always had great experiences at this office with Dr. Gordon and her staff. Everyone is kind, polite, and very friendly. I usually have dental anxiety but have had a few fillings and a crown done by Dr. Gordon and she did a great job. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Gordon did an implant procedure for me. Her acumen and care were excellent. I experienced no pain what so ever throughout the procedure. She also explained each step of the procedure before she did it so I knew what to expect. Cost was excellent also.

The dental hygienists are nice , however the dentist is quite the opposite. Doesn't do what is in best interest for the patient. What she does do is takes advantage of patients. Instead of giving all the options, she suggests the most expensive one. Doesn't explain much, she comes in does her thing and walks out . I was in shock and had to ask the dental hygienist if the Dentist was coming back or what since I had some questions . I didn't expect for her to just walk away when she was done without saying anything. Plain rude ! I will definitely not be coming back to this awful office! Find a different dentist who genuinely cares about their patients!

She and her team are skilled and caring and over the years I have had no problems. They are at the top of dental offices I have used over my life. They just moved to new office nearby their old facility. Very open and bright.
