Dr. Dianne Margaret Cooper, MD

Dr. Cooper and staff are the most caring, compassionate staff in town. Are they busy? Very! There's a reason. She is THE BEST. I was seeing another WF Rheumatologist who stated that I should consider a new career due to my RA. Who even says that? Under Dr. Cooper's care, I am still working where I want/enjoy working. Her nurses are awesome! They helped me find the medication I needed at a price that I could afford. Ms.Sheila and hthe Business Office ladies have been a Godsend to me. I will never be able to thank them for the way they make me feel. Not only physically but emotionally. I am a stronger person with the right care and knowledge about my disease, medication, my insurance and all of the different programs that help!

The staff at Mrs. Cooper office is rude and condescending. Not very lady like to "huff" over the phone to a patient-(customer)

Conduct was unprofessional with profanity used by a physician was uncalled for not direct at me but in comment made by the doctor while communicating and diagnosed

Dr. Cooper and her staff are fantastic. I've been seeing them for 3 years now and have definitely improved my mobility. Never had a problem with wait times or treatment.

This is a very busy office. Long wait times. Put me on infusions that are charging my insurance $10,000 per month and the nurse in the back is so rude and acts like you are an inconvenience to her. Can only see the doctor once every 4 months. They changed my appointment one time and didn't call, when I showed up they said they did call but couldn't see the doctor for another 2 months.

Excellent Doctor and staff. Dr. Cooper has maintained my R.. at a reasonable level for a number of years. She is straightforward and requires that I follow the medical and physical therapy.

Dr. Cooper is the most self centered, pretentious, condescending individual I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. She may or may not be a good Dr., I don't know, my Mom is her patient, I'm just the transportation. But I guarantee you that I have never been so insulted by a medical professional in my entire life. I realizae she is the only rheumatologist in the area, but I would NOT recommend herbased on her personality alone. Ever. To anyone.

Took 6 weeks to get a call back from nurse. Not good.

The waiting room is a small closet with an old church pew. A sliding glass window that you can stand before for a minute before one of the four girls, who seem to be on anti-depression meds, finally open it. The "doctor" seems to have some knowledge, but her staff is worthless, and I don't think she cares. She checked my foot arthritis through my shoes. I could have easily slipped them off, but she acted like it wasn't necessary. I saw her for a year 3 months apart. They scheduled me once for an appointment when they were all on vacation. Never could get them to fax a prescription to my pharmacy, only if I went to the office. I don't think the staff even passes messages on to the "doctor." Typical to worse office technique, where you wait 20 to 30 minutes on the closet church pew, and then another 20 to 30 minutes when they move you to a room. Then the "doctor" sees you for 3 minutes, writes a prescription, and then disappears. Some moron staff member then gives you the prescription 10… minutes later, and has no information, other than she wants you to leave now. I think the "doctor" is the only one licensed, the rest are girls she probably found at the homeless shelter. Avoid. P.S. She has her own office now, the address shown here is obsolete. The lab she uses (in the same building) is pretty scary. The samples you leave, aren't behind a locked door. No chain of custody capability.
