Dr. Dianne Jean Defusco, MD

Best doctor for internal medicine that I have ever met! Dr. DeFusco's bedside manner is exemplary! She really listens to you and is not so fast to suggest medication but looks to the root of the problem and finds ways to work with you to solve issues. She never rushes you and makes you feel good about yourself, no matter the issue. Dr. DeFusco is inspiriting.

Dr. Dufusco is the most outstanding, empathetic doctor I have ever had. She listens and if she stumped by something she researches the problem. I have been seeing her for years even though she is a 45 min drive from my home I would never change doctors. Her compassion and understanding of what the patient is feeling is not always easy to find. She has helped me survive many medical crisis. She has never rushed me, she probably spends more time then she should with patients, knowing this I don't mind if I need to wait for her. I would recommend her to everyone but I don't want her to get too busy. I am lucky to have her as my doctor.

My husband and I both see Dr. DeFusco. We agree, she is exceptional. She is very caring and generous with her time. She returns phone calls in a timely manner, and she follows up. I have had to visit with two of my kids and the office is gracious about this. She is the best, most compassionate GP I have ever had. My only quibble with the office is the wait can be long, sometimes more than half an hour past your appointment time. Other times I have had a very short wait. I understand why the wait can be long: she LISTENS and cares for her patients! I don't know how a doctor who is generous like she is CAN keep appointments on time.

I made an appontment to see the doctor. When I showed up, they switched her out for the PA--who was highly unprofessional. I stated that I wanted to see the Dr. I was told I had to have an "interview" appointment before I could see her. I went to book the "interview" and was told she isn't seeing any new patients. The 3 times I called prior to being given an appointment I specified I wanted to see HER. The office staff pushed me off to the PA, and "forgot" to tell me Dr. Defusco wasn't seeing new patients until after they got my 20.00 co-pay. The practice is unethical, and dishonest. After all this, they refused to treat me for my condition. Worst office ever!

I've been to several doctor's in my life time but I must say, Dr. Dianne DeFusco is the Best! She is very professional and a very caring doctor. I would recommend her highly!
