Dr. Dianne C Eardley

Since my Primary Care Physician was not able to see me, I appreciate that Dr Eardly had time to see me. Even though we agreed that there was nothing to do for me at this time, that conclusion put me at ease.

She took time to go over my symptoms and recovery. She answered all my questions.

Dr Eardley was professional, kind, thorough, calm, asked what I was feeling, palpated gently in standing, sitting and supine explained from her experience what my symptoms probably were related to a hernia from a recent surgery, what further symptoms to look for that would require me to go immediately to the ER, and that I needed to call my surgeons office and make an appointment due a change in my condition. She also said that if my current condition remained the same and I couldn't get an immediate appointment with my surgeon for 2 weeks not to worry. And that the surgeon would probably require a CT scan prior to making a diagnosis. I felt listened to, and respected and prepared to make my next series of decisions and actions.

My last visit was absolutely great. The doctor listened and gave me the medications I needed and advised me on what I needed to do to get through my illness. She was excellent! Can't say the same on my previous visit.

This doctor was the best that I've experienced in the years that I have been in this facility. I look forward to seeing her on my upcoming follow-up.

Having seen Dr. Eardley in an online appointment, I wish I could have her as my primary.
