Dr. Dianne Ross English, MD

Ladies and gentlemen, find someone else, she was unable to properly diagnose which can happen but then she also did not respond to recurring requests with updates from an allergic reaction to her prescription. You simply won't be able to get a hold of her, after multiple calls (4 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm). Avoid a doctor that won't have the basic courtesy of following through on her diagnosis and adjustment. She does not deserve to have patients if she can't be courteous enough to provide basic service.

Dr. English and her entire staff as well as her associates have consistently been professional, kind and compassionate. They make sure to address all of a patient's concerns to ensure a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment and follow-up care.

Literally the least helpful, respectful, competent and pleasant doctor on call. Pick a different doctor, preferably one with at least a shred of compassion.

She was condasending and rude to my elderly mother. Very disrespetful .

She does NOT listen to a word you say! She knows everything already. She was very very rude! I have never been treated so rudely by a dr before. She literally rolled her eyes at me because I was on a medicine she didn't agree with & I was just telling her my information for my chart it had nothing to do with my appointment. I will never go back to her, nor would I recommend her to anyone! I am writing this so you don't waste your money or time! Please find a different dr who cares! She DOESN'T!

The most disrespectful and insincere person I have ever met. The entire appointment consisted of her griping at me about improperly making an appointment and her shrugging off what I thought was serious health concerns. Unless you feel like having your dignity completely smashed, don't see her. Also, they are in no hurry to get your lab results back to you.

Does not listen well. Makes smart remarks and lets you know you are below her. Slow to respond to problems and don't return calls in a timely manner. Last time I will see this person.

Very attentive, courteous and compassionate. She listens to me and spends a good deal of time with me when I have an appointment.

She sits on her computer the whole time and if she even talks she is rude. would not recommend her to anyone . ever.

I would not recommend Dr. English to anyone. She acted like she has better things to do than take care of my spouse and seemed completely distracted.
