Dr. Dianne Farley-Jones, MD

Our family has been going to Dr Dianne Farley-Jones for years. She and her staff have treated us great and I really appreciate her concern for our health. She can be hard to get an appointment because they are in high demand. We won’t go anywhere else.

THREE COMPLAINTS 1) HUSBAND WENT IN FOR A PHYSICAL. STEVE, DR FARLEYS HUSBAND THE PA, SAID MY HUSBAND HAD LARGE NODULES ON HIS THYROID, AND THE NEXT DOCTOR WE SAW 2 WEEKS LATER, SAID HE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING. 2) Also I've been going here for 20 yrs, and they tested my DHEA levels to put in my Hormone Troque but I never got that ingredient written on my RX and so the pharamacy did not put it in there. so ERROR ON MY RX. 3) When I had labs drawn for my hormone levels they sent my labs to a lab that was not covered on my insurance, and they just say" You have to remind our MAs" I don't feel it is my job to have to tell the MA to draw my blood in the room. There is no way a patient will know to do that.. I was rushed to the back room and labs were drawn there on another Lab that was not Labcorp. Of course that lab charged me about $260. since I was not covered under their lab. SO I THINK IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THEY MAKE US 'REMEMBER TO HAVE THE MA DRAW SO IT GOES TO LABCORP,… and that it is OUR FAULT IF WE DID NOT ASK FOR THAT AND WE WERE TAKEN TO THEIR BACK ROOM FOR THE DRAW WHICH IS NOT LABORP. i feel the older Dr Jones gets the more she does not care about customer service because she is so rich! I use to like this place but I paid thousands out over the years on hormone replacement and they were creams to 10 yrs later they said they the creams never worked. So where is my thousands in refunds.
