Dr. Dianne Kreptowski, DO

I've been a patient nearly 20 years. In the past few years, the ease of getting an appointment and access to care has diminished greatly. When I call the doctor, I expect to speak with a live person. Instead, I have to leave a voice mail and am often referred to stat care which cost a very large co-pay. Seeing my PCP is a small co-pay. I'm currently shopping for a new provider based on ease of access.

Dr. K has been my doctor since I was a kid. My whole extended family sees her and now my fiancé! She is super knowledge and really takes her time with you. I’ve never felt dismissed or just a number here. She really treats you like family and wants to help you. She’s the type of doctor to laugh and cry with you. The staff is all super sweet and go above and beyond to help their patients. When the time comes, I hope to bring my future kids here as well! Would recommend to anyone looking for a down to earth family physician.

While trying to make small talk, she asked me how college was going. I told her that I was transferring schools and switching majors. I had to sit through a 20 minute lecture on how she thought I was making a horrible decision because she doesn't like my new major. She insulted me numerous times, telling me I'd better switch back, and now I have so much anxiety telling strangers about anything while just trying to make polite conversation. I have been so discouraged from returning, and I hope the next physician I find is more respectful.

A very caring Physician.

This has to be the absolute worst practice my wife and I have ever been to. The staff is rude. They are never there. They come in at 10am but don’t except calls till 10:15. They go to lunch at 11:15-11:30 don’t come back till 1:00pm and finish the day at 4 sometimes till 6. They misdiagnosed my wife’s rash ( which the dr looked at for all of literary 6 seconds) after being in the waiting room for half hour on a scheduled appointment, charged us $65 and we paid another $55 for a cream that didn’t work. So we fixed the problem ourselves with home remedies. They refused to lower the bill and so on. The manager was absolutely rude as well. I could go on and on about this waste of a practice but I’m done. My advice go to someone else!!!!!

Have been so happy with Dr. Kreptowski, she is so down to earth and actually listens when you talk. She has taken care of all my issues, and her staff is equally as caring, great job!!

Absolute best. The staff is top notch and love the Disney theme of the entire office!

she's a great listener and that makes for a great doctor !!!
