Appeared to be trying to either demean or provoke. Either way is entirely unacceptable. Would not recommend. Did not even finish the appointment, left.

I would not recommend. She walked out without seeing me. Then when I'm told her staff I would not be rescheduling they told me they would not give me the paperwork I asked for (a week ago).

Callous staff that doesn't care about you. RUN to another doctor. You'll be looking for a new one, eventually, anyway if you waste your time with these people.

I'm scared to talk about the visit for fear she'll figure out who I am and cause me even more grief.

This doctor does not even deserve a single star. After making me wait an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment, she treated me dismissively and with annoyance, telling me why she wouldn't continue my treatment plan with my previous doctor. She acted as if I was a statistic rather than an individual.

I was very clear when I made my appointment about my conditions an was told they could help me but instead helped me in no way. Talked to me rude as made my 2 year old daughter leave the room. When I explained I couldn't take the medication she offered because of allergic reaction it was torn up file closed an advised my 300 dollars would not be returned. I kno they probably deal wit junkies daily but I'm a productive member of society with a great job no reason for me to be treated this way I strongly advise u keep your distance

IF YOU HAVE A CHILD DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMEN!!!! I took my child to see her and she was questioning why he was there. Her rapid fire question to my child was uncalled for. She doesn't have any identification saying who she is. Her office staff is very rude and unwelcoming. My child was so scared to even be there let alone answer any of her rapid fire question. All of the bad reviews are spot on with her. I am beside myself as to how she has been in practice as long as she has. I will pay out of pocket to go see another doctor who no longer takes my insurance than put my child through this again.

First of all we got to the office, now I am very customer service oriented and I did not feel that at all when we came into that office. The office is dirty and in disarray. We didn't let that stop us from proceeding. My family member was a new patient by the way. Dr. Martin did not greet them or myself and on top of that she was running behind an hour from the appointment time. My family member came out 45 minutes later looking and feeling worse than they ever have during their whole time depressed while fighting their mental illness. Everyone that has written a poor review stated many things we also experienced and felt so its our truth! For someone to be practicing for 32 years I would expect more from this woman who is a MD with a PHD! She lacks concern, compassion and empathy! I really hope she does not continue to tell people she is a Christian because she surely does not act like it in her place of business. I had to build and encourage my family member back up from were she… ripped them to shreds and made them feel less of a human being, like they were just stupid. I know its about pushing meds and not the old school way of actually listening and really helping patients but my Lord, can you show some compassion and not send people out over the edge! This could send some back to the streets to use drugs or to feel like they are not worth even trying to live this life. All I can say is that I will continue to pray for her and her staff cause that is the right thing to do. For those who like her and she treats you very well, I am so glad because I would hate for you to feel the way that my family member felt when leaving that office! She is straight forward some of you say, well so am I and I truly feel passionate about leaving this review if it helps one person is were my family member is, they might want to find someone else. This is the first time I have done a review let alone poor one such as this! God bless....

Dr. Martin and her front office staff always worked around my hectic schedule to meet my needs. She is very in tune with addictions and the proper attention that is needed. After being her patient for 4 years, she was completely aware of my personal life and always checked in with on going events & personal issues. If you work hard, she is for you!!!
