First time appointment she took plenty of time and was very thorough going over my past history and current medical issues and treatments. Very easy to talk to and ask questions of.

I am willing to put up with a terrible and impersonal phone queue and office staff (wait time on phone averages 10 minutes and one time, I waited 33 minutes, just to speak with someone and make an appointment), in order to see this doctor. She's so fantastic. One time I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to see her and she came in apologizing for the wait time. I didn't think 15 minutes was too terrible, but she was very conscientious about it. Another time I went in and just had a brief question about an issue and she was so thorough to talk to me about it, I didn't feel like she was just trying to rush out of the room to the next patient. She seems happy to answer questions, discuss options, provide more information, and do whatever necessary to make you feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a good primary care physician, though perhaps UNT Health could work on fixing their appointment scheduling system.
