Dr. Diedre Ann Wagers, MD

I ended up here because my other ob just quit and locked her doors one day. I've been for 3 annuals now and realize life is just too short. She is always running at least an hour late. I work out every day and eat well, but because I have muscle the BMI scale says I'm obese. She makes it a point every time to tell me I'm obese. I ignored her the first 2 times but the second time I told her to look in a mirror. I'm done.

I highly recommend Dr. Wagers as an OBGYN. She recently delivered my second child and rushed to my side after an unforeseen quick labor. Her compassion, knowledge, and genuine care for her patients is obvious. Every explanation is thorough, every concern is addressed, and patient desires are a top priority.

Dr. Wagers has been the best OBGYN I've had during my entire adult life. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and understanding to my my needs as well as my husband's concerns while pregnant. She was fantastic throughout my pregnancy, labor & delivery, and postpartum care. I highly recommend her as a physician. I wouldn't trust anyone else within Colorado Springs.

Dr. Diedre Wagers is by far one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. Her listening skills leave a lot to be desired and she is very rude and condescending if you have additional questions about your treatment plan or tests. I went to her for about a year hoping to resolve some severe symptoms and was put on multiple medicines and hormones during that time. I finally realized that Dr. Wagers treatment plan was actually making things worse and saw a specialist, which Dr. Wagers insisted I did not need, instead. When my records were sent over not only did they send information I did not authorize to be sent over but the comments by Dr. Wagers were presumptive and honestly a little malicious. The specialist was not impressed by the mean comments sent over and was shocked that I was put on so many hormones and medicines. Not only did the specialist quickly solve my problem in one visit but she also had to deal with the months of recovery I needed from all the unnecessary… and incorrect treatment I received from Dr. Wagers. If you don't fit into the little box of what is routine this doctor cannot and will not help you. I normally do not write reviews, especially bad ones, but felt obligated to share my story this time.

She is knowledgable and honest regarding expectations. She is caring and spends adequate time with patients. She answers questions and provides support when needed. We are so happy that she delivered our baby boy!
