I have a lot to say. It was 26 years ago. My son Daniel was very sick at 4 months old with very high fever and nathargic. I was a poor girl on Medicaid and we were members of Borinquen Clinic. I didn't know what to do, so I rushed to the clinic and Dr Pernudi examined my son and felt his fontanelles and said " we have to do a spinal tap" and did. Then said the results will not be in right away, "I suspect your son has meningitis, so rush him to Jackson Memorial Hospital". Which I DID. Guess what? They evaluated him and said you can take him home. I was 19. I said " his pediatrician suspects he may have Meningitis " The Dr said "what does he know, he is from a small clinic?" Well, next day. DR PERNUDI Calls the hospital to check on his patient and lo and behold he was sent home. Well he had received results from the spinal tap and it confirmed my son had Meningitis. He called me st home and said " how quick can you drive to the hospital?" "Because your son may die at home" I flew 18… min away and they were waiting for me at the front door. They had made a terrible mistake, that had it not been for Dr Pernudi, I would no be celebrating each year I have my son. He is 26. THANK YOU DR PERNUDI !

Dr. Pernudi is my 15 yr. old son and 7 yr. old daughter's pediatrician. When you come out of his office you feel confident that your child has been seen with a highly knowledgeable, professional and caring doctor. We move some time ago and do not mind driving all the way to Dr. Pernudi's office in order to receive the best care.

Mi nombre es Norka Diaz y usted vio a mis hijas Lillianne y Leslie desde que nacieron en 1992 y 1994 hasta que me mude fuera de Miami. Usted ha sido el mejor doctor que yo he conocido y lo recomiendo profundamente y de todo corazon. Que Dios lo bendiga.
