Just called for the first time but whoever answer the phone wasn’t too professional at all. He was recommended to me by another MD but even when they’re not taking new patients at the moment, no need to be unprofessional over the phone :-(

Excellent doctor, however, the staff is unfriendly and very uncaring for a medical facility ;( Unfortunately, that they do not share the same positive values of the physician.

Dr. Torres has been my family doctor for many years now. I find him to be very compassionate and attentive. He truly listens to what you have to say, and does so patiently, unlike many physicians nowadays who rush in and out of the room. He gives individual attention to each patient to the full extent. He also doesn't have that condescending ego that many drs seem to have. He is wonderful and I trust him completely.

Absolutely one of the most caring, compasionate doctors I have ever met. He treats you like you are one of his family members. He doesn't just blow you off. AND last but certainly not least. He doesn't act like he has a quota of 40 patients to see that day so you are only alotted 6 of those minutes. He takes all of the time he needs to take to get the right job done. He is a jewel.

Dr Torres is the best family physician you could ask for. He is caring and compassionate and truly puts his patients first. The staff has been with him for a very long time - which speaks volumes.
