Dr. Dietric Lonell Hennings, MD

I was placed with Dr Henning when I wanted Dr Levy but it is what it is. Where do I start? He’s charming at first even though his exterior is unprofessional to say the least. After my first set of testing, I was ignored via patient portal enough where I needed to go in person to get ahold of him each time I had questions or issues. I had abnormal ct scan results and some abnormal blood results showed it needed to be addressed but unfortunately I was basically gaslighted out the door when it should have been addressed. Good thing I had instincts enough to find another surgeon bc if my issues did not get addressed before I had my revision to bypass, I would have had complications. I felt unheard and not important. If you enjoy being gaslighted and unable to get ahold of your bariatric surgeon, he’s the guy for you! As for me, I went to another facility where they showed compassion and make sure I was 100% ready for surgery. They even treated my liver beforehand so… I wouldn’t have issues. I’m post op now and doing great.
