I have been going to see Dr Nanavati for many years. He is absolutely wonderful and I have total faith in his ability. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and follows through with whatever treatment is needed. As far as I am concerned he is the best!

I can never say enough , on how well my medical care has been in the hands of Dr. Nanavati . I have been a patient of his for 19 years . He is a brilliant thinker and a compassionate healer . He takes time to listen to all my medical issues and includes my thought in my medical treatments . Unlike other doctors who have been dismissive . I have heard high praises , from other doctors I see , in regards to him and all his medical knowledge and skill . This say a lot about his character . I can say from the bottom of my heart , how much he is appreciate by me, to have him as my doctor , for all these years . Thank you so very much, for all my care . I highly recommend him. He’s a 10 star in excellent , as far as I’m concerned .

Office staff horrible

DR. NANAVATI HAS A CONFUSING STANCE ON CONTROL SUBSTANCES. HE EMPLOYS AN ARROGANT AND INDECISIVE P.A. (MADELYNE FARCHIONE) who's lack of experience and "HIGHLY"questionable judgment WAS RESPONSIBLE for me suffering needlessly for 2 weeks. Shr=e and Dr. Nanavati had a DUTY to inform me that they would not prescribe my medication - "Medication / prescriptions being my primary stated reason for coming to Brighton Medical Associates. So I was put through all that they need do do test and examination wise and when my nedication ran out for my degenerative arthritis condition...Madelyne Farchione cut my prescription by 97%...neglected to check my 12 year medical history with Lyrica and ignored / questioned 2 of Syracuse's "EXPERTS" on pain & / control substance or orthopedic specialty. She also did that not knowing that I am delivery customer for prescriptions...so I got my 4 pills on a Friday afternoon. By then my condidition was worsened and the 4 pills - reduced arbitrarily by Madelyne… Farchione to 1 per day...when the original prescription is for up to 3 times per day in a flareup like I was having??? She used me to make a personal statement about Control Substances and with me sitting in her office crippled with a 1 1/2 inch pounding blister on my foot...SHE COLDLY GAVE ME 1/3RD OF MY MEDICINE AND PRETTY MUCH DISMISSED ME FROM THEIR PRACTICE. DOCTOR ARROGANCE AND INEXPERIENCE CAN BE DANGEROUS AS IT WAS FOR ME IN THIS CASE. I AM GLAD THAT I AM BACK WITH CARING PEOPLE WHO DON'T SEE ME AS A MILL PATIENT. I WISH MADELYNE COULD FACE THE APPROXIMATELY 12 OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS WHO HEARD THIS STORY AND LAUGHED AT HER POMPOSITY AND AMATEURISM. EVEN AN EMERGENCY BUSY ROOM DOCTOR ( THAT SUNDAY ) FOUND IT EASY TO CHECK MY HISTORY AND HE GAVE ME 100MGS OF LYRICA E=WHICH ARRESTED THE SWELLING AT LEAST FOR A NIGHT...MEDICAL RECORDS ARE TO BE CHECKED FOR THE PATIENTS BENEFIT.

Dr. Nanavati is a caring physicianwho sees you when you need to be seen, spends adequate time with you, refers you when it's needed. At a time when my husband was brushed off by a Florida physician, Dr. Nanavati new immediately something was very wrong, and appropriately referred him. He gave us his cell phone number and told us to use it whenever we needed to. If not for him, my husband would not be here.I would recommend him to anyone for anything.
